CLASSIC DANCE, PREPARATORY CYCLE FOR ALL FORMS OF DANCE

60 Minutes Class

In this cycle we prepare the students for all forms of dance. The priority is given to body awareness and posture in basic positions, well-placed on feet, spine properly aligned with the legs. Listening to music, and various rhythmic exercises allow the student to progress in their evolution and the spaces gives them the pleasure of dancing still quite freely. The various levels following each year develop body awareness, muscle and joint growth through better placement of the skeleton in its aplomb related to the ground.
Flexibility, grace, pace and maintenance will also evolve together with a better quality of the movements required in each level by our diverse teachers.
